Personal data is only collected if it is transmitted voluntarily as part of an invitation request, sponsorship request, contact request or registration. This includes in particular

- Contact information (e-mail, telephone)
- Company and functional information
- Information on motivation and recommendation
- Information from publicly accessible profiles (e.g. LinkedIn)
Purpose of data use
The data is used exclusively for:
- Processing of invitation requests for the ZURICH BALL
- Communication with applicants and guests
- Management of sponsorship requests
- Organization and implementation of the event
Forwarding of data
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the organization of the event or there is a legal obligation to do so.
Storage duration
Data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.
